In line with our values of transparency, unity, and shared prosperity, we created Capital M, a dedicated family office and asset management company. Its mandate is to manage and grow the wealth of the group and its shareholders.
Capital M partners with global financial institutions, private equity firms, and specialized asset managers to identify and structure investment opportunities tailored to the needs of the family. It also plays an advisory role, helping shareholders plan their financial futures with a view toward long-term sustainability.
Capital M is also the heartbeat of our family enterprise. Established to serve both the group and its shareholders, it functions as a fully-fledged family office with a dual mandate: managing investments and supporting the needs of our shareholders and their families
Our family office represents over 75 shareholders, united through a private foundation based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). While investment management remains at the core of its operations, Capital M also plays a vital role in fostering community, continuity, and communication among generations
We believe that family unity and legacy are as important as financial performance. Beyond returns, our primary mission is to educate and engage the next generation so they grow into informed, responsible, and loyal shareholders.

Global M Foundation
Global M Foundation serves as our international investment platform, focused primarily on global real estate. It holds and manages the group’s and family’s property investments outside the UAE.
Through Global M, we have strategically invested in residential, commercial, and hospitality properties across key international markets. This vehicle not only provides geographic diversification but also opens doors for long-term value creation through asset appreciation and rental income.
